This grass is vastly superior to other types (not brands) but has been low on weeds for the most part. Easy to use, rake area to be seeded, soak with hose, seed. Amp; pleased with result.

Pro’s works well as long as your lawn gets some sunshinecon’s doesn’t work well where tree’s provide all day shadepro tipmake sure you apply a heavy coating on your lawn rake it in then a light top coat and water it immediately or the birds will come and eat it up

I never in a million years thought to get shaded for my front as it has 5 hours or sun maybe 6 around dinner but all morning afternoon is covered from house then rest of night covered from houses across street and tree on our lawn

I have a second bag so when some rain is coming again and it looks more promising i will be using it 🥰remember before you buy watch your yard for a day or two and really see how much sun or shade it gets before you get your seed

Just because its sunny out of you see sun on your yard doesnt mean all your yard is the same

If you havent had luck with the same seed for multiple years switch it up maybe your buying the wrong one
