As far as arch support, once the sole molds to your foot, there is a little support, just don't expect them to feel like you've got orthotics on.

They fit about 1 size smaller than they're labelled, as i expected based on the reviews.

They're not as heavy as some reviews suggest, more like what you'd expect from a good quality flip flop.
