The gift wrap cutter is a cinch to use. It cuts through the thickest of gift wrap with minimum effort. This little gizmo does what it's advertised to do.

Cons

The blade soon dulls and it is almost impossible to cut paper without tearing it. When you use it nothing but ripping happens.

You will have to line the blade up with the paper perfectly in order to get a straight cut

I honestly think they could be half the price i paid

My usagei have used this with thin wrapping paper and thick shipping paper

I suspect the shipping paper i testing it on would be in that category

Packaging/appearance

However this tool is not intended for thicker shipping paper as it states this right on the product packaging

The blade is razor sharp similar to an xacto knife and is safely tucked behind a finger guard

I hate throwing away a prefectly good casing due to a dull blade
