Pros

Clean dry surfaces before sticking. Works for both half and full pans and because it is so thin it does not add much height to the pans. You have to make sure that the grain matches up though, if that makes sense.

Cons

Scotch brand magnet tape is worthless. Not nearly strong enough to hold a lightweight thermometer. Still the lockers have goo/ residue.

Very disappointed. Would not buy again. This product is an absolute joke. Do not recommend it.
