Pros
The clip-ons are great for 4 wheeling in moab or racing the vette at the track. They seem to play well in mixed use also. I like how they made it compatible with the curved dash.
The magnet on this phone holder is very strong. It works through our phone cases, connects to the sturdy, and even stronger 3m (no suction cups) base.
Cons
Weak magnet. Slides slowly. The magnetism just messes up the phone. My iphone 12 slides off of this magnet.

I mated this with a panavise indash custom mount in my wrx and used a small pair of bolts with acorn nuts to secure them together
I was hoping that it would work well with magsafe iphones but that is not the case

It’s mounted on a vertical surface near my fuel and def gauge and it stays unless i pull it off and the little clip on the back keeps the charging cord off the floor board and out of the mud

That has been my biggest complaint with other mounting systems the phone just doesn’t suction to the mount well enough to keep it attached while driving

I have a pop socket on the back of my phone covering part of the metal plate the magnet sticks too and even with just half of the plate touching the magnet i have no concerns of my phone coming off

I have yet to have my phone fall off in my heavy duty truck which does not have a smooth ride at all
