The kit includes everything you need to start using this ecosystem. Perfect solution paired with a mounting bracket from proclipusa.
The magnet is strong as long as you’re mindful and follow directions. After that the magnet on the phone holder is so strong that it stick to metal plate so good that my phone does not even shake or move or slide from phone holder at all.
Stuck it on with minimal fuss. It stays on well. It swivels for horizontal or vertical. Anf this is one of the better mounting brackets i've found.
Cons
Adhesion is horrible on this particular scosche system. The slightest imperceptible curve makes them non functional. Fell off midway through my first commute.
