The stethoscope falls out of this there’s nothing supporting any part of it at the bottom so even if the velcro is tight it’ll fall out walking a while

I liked the bat lip metal clip better but the velcro was allways coming apart maby a bad batch just didn’t work for me

The velcro closure is sturdy and stiff so your scope will not fall out

There is now yet another called hipclippros works same as bat clip

Has leather belt loops as well as an actual clip and unlike the bat clip the clip part is covered in leather
