The cup fits almost as if it were custom made for my retroverted/tilted uterus and medium *. The * is not a sterile body * so i’m not concerned with it being steamed. Saves me so much money on pads and tampons.

The little carry bag is cute and very useful. It's super easy to use and it isnt messy at all. It definitely has a learning curve to use, but there's lots of tips on the internet.

It has more vent holes, and smaller - this has pros and cons but is not an issue overall. Placement is key. Indeed positioning is a little more difficult than firmer cups. The air vents seem to help release the suction easier for removal.

If you have to do it in a public restroom, it’s doable. On my heaviest day i empty every 3-4 hours. I only have to rinse it 1-2x every 24 hours.

And then. The disappointment gets worse. This is really inappropriate for beginners.

The stem is too slim an slippery to get the thing out. Out comes the tweezers,still keeps slipping. My poor rating is due to the stretchy handle at the bottom. Not bike friendly.

Saalt advertise customer satisfaction guaranteed but they hustled me so much that they won't let me exchange the regular one to saalt soft unless i try it for 3 cycles.
