Pros
This is how i started looking for alternatives and came across this brand. Not sure if it helps but what i can say is that it gives you wind for the next 12 hours! Very good product.
Cons
Amazon website describes this as 20g whey protein per serving. It tastes very chalky which is not pleasant. The smell of the rego powder is off putting and no way near as tasty as the previous chocolate flavour of the protein powder.
Highlights
Quality
It mixes well with water doesnt contain loads of calories and is a very smooth shake
Natural flavour and unlike others i have tried very easy to prepare involving little more than a shake
I cycle intensively 5 days a week and i found by day 2 i was knacked and in alot of pain
My body feels recovered after a post workout shake
Price
Managed to get it at a great price as well which is always a bonus
To expensive get better value else where
Nevertheless this time the price was so expensive
I hope it goes back to realistic prices

I wish there was an option to buy a refill pack in sustainable packaging as there is no information on this product to say that... Read More
I do not know if it was a mistake but i seem to have received a sis iron complex pack of tablets with this order so thank you
Competitiveness
Strawberry flavour is perfectly palatable much better than other brands
I have tried several different protein powders and find this is the best tasting and best value
I have had others from my protein etc and they do not come near in comparison

Ive found no powders really taste that great but this is certainly palatable
