Sis's caffeine gels are a great supplement for long distance running. The gels contain caffeine and carbohydrate to help fuel long distance endurance. If you know your nutrition and are doing endurance exercise this would be beneficial.
Carb sugars-caffiene-convenience mix. Easy to digest. A couple of caveats. Keep hydrated with this gel.
Very happy. Always is safer. Say no more. Value.
Cons

There is a medicinal tinge in the background an acidic undertone but it is masked pretty well with the coffee flavour
Not convinced by the need for these
So be sure that you dont get caught short by overdoing it with the caffeine during a run

Not only do they tast of espresso but they have 150mg of caffeine in each serving which in real term is roughly like having a double espresso give or take 50mg

The effect is a bit like drinking a cup of very strong coffee except that coffee kicks in after about fifteen minutes and is only effective for about fifteen to thirty minutes

These gels need to be consumed an hour in advance and there are still noticeable effects well into the third hour from consumption
