Real good value decent taste to vanillai use this simply to complement my diet as my line of work is fairly heavy i have trained with weights in the past but now i mainly use body weight exercisers in my late fifties now but i find this takes the edge off any aches and pains that come along 👍👍 good stuff probably can get cheaper for less well known brand but cant really beat it for quality lasts ages
