The left pedal crank was received attached the wrong way so we couldn’t connect the pedal

We had to return the entire bike but received a new one immediately and my daughter is very happy with it

The assembly was very minimal and it took 25 30 mins to assemble the entire bike with minimal tools

Now about the customer service while assembling i noticed the back reflector was broken never bothered to return just for a reflector bought couple of them from amazon which doesnt fit the diameter size was matching the diameter was either too small or little big and not fitting

After returning both finally called schwinn support mentioned in product support from amazon order details

The call took a while to connect but once i was able to talk to then and mentioned the model number they sent the reflectors within next 3 days
