The 20 vol developer is safe to use. It didn't irritate my scalp at all. The conditioner is great and smells fantastic.
The color is great and the coloring experience is normal. Now my hair is long and luscious. Afterwards the amazing softness in your hair is great.
Cons
Super frustrating and waste of money. Doesn't cover grey hair much. Seller claims that this item has no amonia and no pod but when i receive this item on label it has amonia.

Im incrementally replacing beauty products that i use that for better or for worse have to incorporate plastic with products from companies who partner with terracycle so i can alleviate my environmental guilt and schwartzkopf has recycling for most if not all of its products
