Ok its a inner tube and worked as replacement when i needed it not a lot to be said

Dont be buying halfords own inner tubes they are sub standard compared to these

Kept as a spare at mo but if its the same as the original equipment fitted which i think it is then they stay inflated for ever

Note this tube has a high pressure valve not compatible with an ordinary bike hand pump
