First and foremost please ignore reviews that say it stuck or it didnt clean properly or similar

I found it quite hard to get the initial coating to burn off on a vitroceramic hob probably easier with gas

Why get this instead of nonstick you cant scratch it no nasty fumes released at high temperatures nonstick pans do and its not good for you you cant scratch it
