Flight socks prevent leg swelling and mitigate dvt. My sister struggles with high blood pressure and swollen ankles when flying which shh does often.

I bought a pair of own brand flight socks from a famous chemist at heathrow the year before and found them to be tight and started to slip down on the same return flight
