The two failures seems to be were you get the green light indicating success on the code entry but twisting the handle does not retract the bolt

If the battery goes dead you only have the following options use another door to get inside use the physical key to turn the handleif you only have one entry door and never carry keys youll be sorry on the day the battery goes dead
