Pros & Cons
Pros
The freshness and potent flavour(s) are very much appreciated. Sooo good in homemade kombucha. The longer it steeps the stronger the taste.
Makes a nice cold brewed tea that pairs well with noodles, pan asian food, rice dishes, sweet/spicy flavors. Aroma and taste is wonderful and soothing. Definitely helped sharpen my cognitive functions.
Cons
These taste like some petrochemical solvent/drying agent. It seems like there has to be glycerin or something keeping them squishy. But perhaps that's because they're soaked in chemicals. Some berries have a mold.
