Cons
The dowel locking mechanism is not a one-size-fits-all solution. The neoprene padding doesn't completely surround your wrists. The craftsmanship didn't live up to the hype.
The strap that wraps around the bar is not adjustable. The dowel straps function more like lifting hooks. The straps don't work for me because i'm using a shrug bar with 1 diameter handles.

The real selling point is the dowels though

A few people have said that the dowel setting leads to loose wrap on the bar

This is simply remedied by wrapping the strap a couple times corskskrew style around the bar the dowel does not have to sit in the center of your palm by any means
