Pros
Sharffen berger's unsweetened cocoa powder is smooth, creamy, and blends well. Canister is smaller than i expected so not sure how long they will last.
My girlfriend is a bit of a cocoa fiend, and this is her favorite. For natural cocoa, it's the best i've used.
I get it within two days of ordering it and it is absolutely perfect for hot chocolate. We again find that his candy bars taste better with this chocolate.
Cons
My main gripe is that it doesn't blend well at all. Even if i use a frother to whisk it in my milk, it leaves chunks of uber dense cocoa chunks.
