Very nice shapes each utensil carved from onepiece of wood and the necks are all very robust

After washing the grain does not rise the way it does with maple utensils which makes cleaning then is easier than the ubiquitous maple utensils

If one wants a smoother finish they can be sanded with a very fine automotive sandpaper 800 1000

Both the spatula and the spoon are made from single pieces of wood
