Chaga has been helpful with my psoriasis that has plagued me for years. I’m 80 with psoriatic arthritis that inflamed one knee. It is totally worth it to buy this every month if it keeps me healthy and energetic even with a hectic work schedule.
Sayan siberian harvested chaga mushroom extract powder. Shilajit is very complimentary to chaga.

I use 2 tsp a day of it and a tsp in my 16 oz mug with hot water gives me the same grounding effect as if i brewed it myself
