Bass, treble and midrange controls work nicely. It even has a gain and overdrive button. I use it for harp playing with a ply-pro mic and it works great.

It still sounds awesome. It sound decent and is reasonably loud.

This is a good amplifier for around $40. I own plenty of amps of varying wattage, but this is by far the best 10 watt amp i own. It's got good sound quality and packs quite a punch volume wise for a 10 watt amp.

Cons

Overall sound is somewhat muffled. Next, the overdrive channel is sub-par to say the least. Gets radio broadcasts, sound quality is very meh.

It sounds as if it was charging, the same sound you would hear under a high voltage pylon. This is not a grounding issue or an expected amp-buzzing either.
