This water bottle is not a keeper for me. I hope this review will prompt a better design, because the concept is lovely. Horrible customer service.
The citric acid melts the plastic. The diffuser part was etched and couldn’t be cleaned out. The infuser insert seems to have melted.
The design of the insert is really bad, it becomes a dribble cup. That one has a mouth spigot to drink from.

It’s durable for outdoor but you could transfer it over to the tumbler of your choice with ice
