Sattvic path best rated ceramic neti pot - ergonomic design and hand-made …, dove white. I am delighted with this neti pot. It's really robust (especially for the price) and beautifully finished.
My boyfriend has asthma issues and works on a building site so is constantly inhaling dust etc.

I didnt bother with any special salts or distilled water just boiled ordinary tap water and used table salt

Dont overdo the salt ratio to prevent irritation and use preboiled luke warm water
