It started flickering a bit after one month of 12 hours a day use.

I'd also tried before led lights, but the plants didn't respond to those lights at all.

I also placed them sometimes 2 inches from the plant and the plants still didn't respond.

For reference my list of plants are:- cuban oregano- jade plant (2 varieties)- spineless prickly pear plants- hirt's palm- jacaranda (of which seeds i collected)- aloe vera (1 month under the satco bulb)- pineapple plant (sprouted from pineapple top)- scallions- chocolate mint (reviving, actually under the new lighting)- korean chives (reviving after a year of dying.
