Pros

Cartridges for caulking on a small metal roof above boston window and gutters. Works for small holes, flashing or just to tame a wild shingle. Better than regular caulk because it sticks to the surface better.

Stopped theleak around the chimney. Cured my roof vent leak. It hasn't rained yet.

Cons

I have a manual caulking gun and this sealant was so thick that i could barely make it exit the tube. Basically worthless need to return my other tubes. Don't know why this is highly rated, wouldn't adhere to flashing against tile.
