Pros
Good stuff, flows on smooth. Trick of the trade is a spray bottle with slightly soapy water.
Retains elasticity with a soft rubbery feel when completely cured. Shrinkage is a real thing.
It's paintable, so that's a plus. Where this stuff really excels is in its ability to take paint. Some use a brush, i just use my finger.
Sashco is the best caulk out there. I turned the builder on the product as i was well aware of the gaps that were going to appear with the larger moldings.
Cons
It says it is for exterior use. It doesn't seem to stand up to uv for even a few weeks.

It’s smooth out of the bottle no bubbles or air pockets it’s easy to spread and perfectly white
Competitiveness
A great product for acoustic soundproofing applications much more cost effective than the green competitor
It has always cost more than painters caulk but for me well worth the extra

The larger the molding the greater potential for gaps to appear as the moldings shed their humidity content

I going back and removing a major brand name caulk that i had a 34home repair34 guy to apply all over my house last year and everything he did has cracked and opened up to the point that water is getting into places that it shouldnt be getting into
