Pros
The straps that hold the bikes to the rack are excellent, and the adjustments are easy to make. They recommend hatch huggers for my vehicle (toyota venza), so i bought those as well. Although a replacement strap is available.
Cons
Need to return, a loss of time to repack, print label and drive to drop off point. Installation is not as easy, as advertised. Avoid at all costs. This bike rack is not sturdy.

Dont expect this to be as stable as a hitch bike mount but worked ok on highway

Feel that the straps should pull outward as it will make it easier to put them in the tube once installed

Only real issue are lower arm bones arent wide enough apart to clear the licence place on each side one usually rests partially on plate
