The lock and keypad are heavy and feel solid. Easy to install and durable. Good quality, easy to install, good instructions.
It saves the frustration from repeated dial combination tries. Sooooo much faster than the old dial type.
Cons
Not worth it to upgrade. Shame on them and shame on s&g.

Unfortunately leaky 9v batteries corroded the battery contacts in the locks over the years making the locks less than reliable as i sometimes needed to jiggle the battery or connecting wires to open the safes

If you already have this type of lock and its faulty now go ahead and take the plunge and buy this
