Pros

This mattress is the best one we've ever slept on. The hybrid is definitely the way to go.

On initial contact it has a cushy softness. Very supportive yet comfortable. Perfect for my lighter body weight and the boyfriend thinks the firmness is satisfactory too.

My body feels well contoured when i’m laying in any position, and my back pain subsided after 2 weeks of use. I am a cancer survivor who has been suffering from ongoing hip pain.

The sapira mattress is firmer than i was used to. I prefer firm (side and stomach sleeper) and this is definitely medium firm. If you want bounce, and a little more traditional mattress feel then this is mattress for you.

Shipping

Amazon offered a discount and delivery was a few days out from the order date

Their delivery time was out 4 weeks

I messaged leesa and they immediately sent me a new side frame

Packaging/appearance

The packaging was good and it was fairly easy to set everything up

We opened the mattress box ripped off the plastic and watched it expand a little scary happens fast and slept on it that evening

Although the box weighed over 100 pounds for the queen size i could easily maneuver it with a hand cart because the box is not too unwieldy

Competitiveness

The hybrid is definitely the way to go that goes for any mattress brand i’ve encountered

After a lot of research i decided to buy the leesa sapira hybrid and im glad i did

I’ve moved around a bit and have tried other amazon inabox mattresses but none of the other ones came close to the comfort of this mattress

We tried the leesa in person at a local store and were sold but amazon had by far the best deal we could find
