The only drawback is the packaging. Saphir is expensive but the best stuff i've ever purchased. Well worth the price for shining and protection products.

My oldest formal campanile shoe is now 12 years old. I have calvin klein suede boots and timberlands that were deceased and after using this my boots are zombies and back to life! Got olive oil out of my suede boot.

Cons

Much staining was left behind, and the vibrant shade of the purse was lightened. Now i have shoes that area several shades darker and not that much cleaner.

Not only is this product incredibly overpriced, it also produces substandard results. Instructions are * and the product itself is weak. Did not appear to work.

This ia a fabulous quality product for cleaning suede shoes

Put the clean brush and product away and let your item completely dry perhaps 24 hours

Became new again and i quickly sprayed with the suede waterproofer

Saphir is expensive but the best stuff ive ever purchased

This saved a 4000 bag from the trash

I spent a small fortune on a pair of boots which got red stains on a light grey portion

I also followed the directions on the box when i received it

In the picture it shows the brush but they did not send the brush that was fine because i had one at home that worked just fine
