They are really satisfying, and keep me feeling full and energized for hours - and the taste is indulgent! These taste great. But firstly, they have a perfect, homemade texture.
Sans bars are flat out delish! Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. I'm an avid outdoorsperson from everything from fly fishing to skiing.
Cons
Dry, tasteless and very expensive for something with an expiration date of two months from delivery date. I love mint but the first bar tasted like they dipped it directly in mint oil extract.

This bar has a lot of the nutrients that are needed and have a long shelf life but there are 2 downsides first the texture of this bar is like eating mostly dried up playdough the second thing is that the flavor is similar like slightly flavored playdough

I absolutely love the peanut butter cacao and peanut butter and jelly but the fruit flavors are far too sweet for me and the almond butter is extremely oily and difficult to eat

Ive tried a lot of them out there and most of the other meal replacement stuff out there have given me a weird rashes and have received weird recalls
