Cons

Lemons taste like chemical preservative no matter how much i rinsed. The jar was broken, cant return or exchange. Wasn't empty but leaked out and basically was ruined.

Never tried preserved lemons before but these went beautifully with chicken and preserved lemon glaze

They do keep in the fridge once opened but unless you cook moroccan regularly a large jar would be wasted

I bought these to find out what preserved lemons taste like and i found out very interesting flavor definitely worth the price

Ordered for a special recipe but made very little difference too much money for little enhancement to my dish
