Pros

Sensitive on the whip antenna. Grabbed fm stations from montana and calgary 300 kilometres away. No chuffing or audio muting while manually tuning.

The radio looks slick and beautiful, sort of ageless. Great compliment for my scanners. Very useful past ice storm with zero electricity, zero wifi, zero cell service.

Cons

L’antenne télescopique est cheap et très mal fixée. La tâche est devenue.

I had a similar model of this sangean radio several years ago and enjoyed it but found sensitivity lacking when listening to sw stations

While listening one afternoon i stumbled across an amateur station from the galapagos islands on the 12m 24mhz amateur band

I also own a panasonic rfb65 and a sony icfsw100sw receivers
