Oddly though after the first few days this just seemed to stop being an issue maybe because the bed isnt being moved at all and were not pushing at it

Over the years i have assembled many pieces of furniture which now comes knocked down for shipping if you dont buy a fully assembled item off of a showroom floor

All of the long bars that you see in the second picture are the crossbar supports that go attach horizontally across the assembled frame

After that step of attaching the four side rail halves to the header and footer the rest is a piece of cake

D the next tip is when attaching the cross bars photo 3 to the head of the bed and the foot end of the bed in order to start the bolt through the frame to lign up with the holes in the tshaped bracket on the crossbar it is easiest to have a bright light directed at the connection from the point of view shown in the photo

The manufacturers cut of these strips in a roll left the release paper pretty jagged along the edge which invited the release paper to start shredding along the edge leaving release paper attached to the adhesive which prevents it from attaching to the frame

So check your release paper carefully as you unpeel to insure that the full width of the paper is coming off of the adhesive back
