I love it but it has what appears to be a permanent crease in the brim due to not being packaged correctly they actually fold it to get it into a box thats too narrow

Ive had it a couple of weeks now and have tried ironing it a few times but the crease doesnt appear to want to come out

Its not super noticeable since ironing and im keeping it regardless but it would be nice if they packaged it correctly to avoid this issue as i see it occurring in multiple reviews
