Both the focus and aperture rings are perfect. This lense is dope! Samyang, bower and rokinon for providing good quality lenses with reasonable prices.
This lens is one of the best lenses for portraiture. Great portrait lense, awesome bokeh. It has this great 3d-esque quality about it.
The bokeh is wonderful and creamy. Depth of field is tiny and melts backgrounds into wonderful balls of goo.
Cons
But when you stop down the viewfinder gets darker as well, so now it's just as difficult to focus at f/8. The minimum focus is more than the stated 1 meter, leaving you quite limited in functionality.

This is a beautiful lens and it is at a great price i use it to shoot pics and video

Other than that the colors you see are very close to what this lens produces when shooting raw on the d7100
