Pros
If you have a dslr camera or know anyone with one then this is a fanatic addition. Its sleek and compact,easy to attach to you're camera. Fits onto the top of one of my cameras, this makes it a favoured set up for all of us.
Very pleased with it. Bought it and used since last 2 weeks, it serves the purpose. The value is remarkable.
Even the lower decibel sounds were picked up. Db option gives plenty of volume. It picks up other sounds well too.
These all seem to be of reasonable quality, maybe the downside is these seem to appear as a headset so it means you need to unplug to hear any playback. Great, easy to use mic.
Cons
It's a shame because this looks and feels like a quality mic. The volume is barely audible, even with the +20db setting enabled. There is also a lot of white noise and static which is quiet, but loud enough for it to be a problem.

I bought this to film videos for youtube and it does the job the sound quality is greatly improved from the cameras original recording

The mic works quite well but it is difficult to get the recording sound rightit’s either to low or to much background noise

For not a lot you get a really neat microphone made of aluminium

I havent tried it outside yet but the range is excellent indoors picking up a whisper from 34 feet away with the microphone pointing in the wrong direction
