It does the job it is designed for mostly encloses the phone samsung galaxy s10 plus in my case so as to provide an added layer of protection in addition to a soft screen protector film

While it is more rugged than the walletstyle cover i bought along with the phone at the store it is still rather thin

The construction of the unit seems to cause the cover to naturally want to close on its own but that in itself can be a slight nuisance when youre using the phone for any period of time because you have to actively hold the cover open

The only problem i find is that after leaving the tab open behind the screen overnight it didnt close completely

I had to take the phone out and fold the case plastic hinge so that it folded into place
