This charger works like a charm for my old samsung galaxy 4 which no longer charges directly from the port after a mishap

Well after drying it off the phone would work but the charging port would register a failure to charge or bad battery icon and would not charge the battery internally

And if wondering about the phones condition everything works fine screen wifi downloading calls in and out microphone camera video and memory but the only thing that registered an issue is the charging port

I am guessing the water but could also be caused by my daughters constant use of the phone while plugged in and probably even dropped while plugged in

Thank god for this because my samsung phone galaxy s4 doesnt want to charge via plug strange the same thing happened with my last samsung too

Basically burned out my phone port so i needed to either replace repair or just buy new

I purchased it after the one i purchased from another retailer anker broke i opted for that one over this due to price get what we pay for since the charging port on my third samsung galaxy device has failed
