The 1212 is 'good' for most transceivers putting out 50w of rf. Works like a champ. Vdc at the rated output. In comparison, this psu is pretty solid out of the box.

    Theres plenty of power supplies advertised as quiet when it comes to rf emissions but while most perform ok above 25 mhz many actually produce a ton of harmonics on lower frequencies especially below 5 mhz

    Tekpower tp30swv and mfj4115 in particular caused quite a bit of pain

    While there are some harmonics they are far less pronounced and do not blanket vast portions of the spectrum
