We are using these radios for church security team they seem to be easy to use and work well we have only use them for 2 weeks now the downside is that i would like them to have a shorter antenna for concealment wish the company said they were making and sending some out which is awesome if that happens i will update my review the only downside i have was that two of the earpieces that were opened up did not work out of the bag which is okay since they sent replacements very quickly they are very clear and louder than what you would ever need the only other downside would be the ptt button on the earpiece even on the radio seems to have to wait a long second and then start talkin to get it all in if you know what i mean
