Pros

Elderberry helps diminish symptoms of flu and colds. I always take mine if i have overtired, been in crowds, or other situations with exposure to germs. Been ordering since covid.

Cons

I wonder if they over produced this elderberry during covid and are trying to sell excess expired product. Is this case safe to ingest? Will not purchase again.
