Pros

Sambucol black elderberry extract provides strong immune system support. A godsend. It is very important to me not to have sugar or honey in my elderberry supplements.

It really helps my immune system in fending off feelings of oncoming flu. Pre and post cold/sickness symptoms are lessened quite nicely.


Cons

Two different times i was misinformed. I was not well sealed and appeared to be at best a resold item and at worst counterfeit. Will never buy again.

    Everyone should realize that sugar suppresses immune function so its not a good thing to be having sugar and especially when fighting off a cold or flu

    I did find it at an online vitamin store without any sweetener at all for a size twice as large and at half this price
