Very good quality high visibility and it fit well many shapes of bags i will buy a couple more thank you i fits perfect and seems sturdy luckily i don’t have to use this cover very often i cycle 10 miles each way to work and back 6 days a week up to this week i’d probably used it 4 or 5 times but with the wet week we’ve just had over the uk it’s been used each day it’s kept my bag dry even in torrential downpours the elastic that goes around the edge of the bag is tight and i would imagine is enough to prevent the cover blowing off but i still use the elasticated straps that go around the back of the bag i will probably use the cover more next winter when the dark nights come back purely for the hivisibility of the cover
