Pros & Cons
Pros
Bright reflectivity. I like how visible the two colors are in the daylight (orange & green/yellow). It is very reflective.
Construction seems to be solid. Keeps a school-sized backpack dry. It's kind of dirty by now, but i haven't busted it yet.
Cons
The item says, fits 22-40 liter backpacks. My little backpack is under 20 liters, but the cover doesn't cover it completely.
