But i didnt buy it for a tasty drink i brought it to prevent colds and it did while everyone around me was ill good product it might do you good but by eck it tastes horrible tastes awful which is ok if it does the job but sadly it went mouldy within a week despite being kept in the fridge after opening i only used it 3 times so a waste of money for me sadly
