They are well tolerated and easily digested with no side effects
They are easy to swallow and do not cause stomach upset like the otc pharmacy salt pills sometimes do
My daughter has spd so taste texture and anything sensory makes getting hydrated harder
If i go without these saltstick capsules i feel really dehydrated weak and sick very quickly
Price
They are a good value for the price
They are very expensive if they were discounted i would probably buy a whole bunch
Competitiveness
Overall i prefer these over the chewable salt stick version as these do not have added sweetener

Initially i had some fluid retention but after a couple weeks that dissipated and now there are zero side effects
