Saltstick fast chews are great for staying hydrated. They help prevent muscle cramping, and replenish electrolytes. Long time marathon runner. This product is great for providing the electros but it does not prevent cramps.
Saltstick electrolyte chews have a nice sour apple flavor. The salty taste isn't too overwhelming. Better than those super sugary mixes or the ones with * poison-flavored stevia extract.

This item contains stevia which has been linked to male infertility on lab animals. In addition, the fructose content of the accessory * glands and the epididymal * concentration are decreased. They are glorified (expensive) candies.
